Work Groups

Video-Interview: all
  • 2 or 3 small groups will interview people in the garden (no more than 2 questions for one person)

  • the group meet after that to cut and select the most interesting material

  • Questions:
  1. Was kommt Ihnen als erstes in den Sinn, wenn Sie Ägypten hören?
  2. Wie sieht ein Ägyper nach Ihrer Meinung aus? Welche Bekleidung hat er?
  3. Wie viele Leute und Generationen leben in einer ägyptischen Familie zusammen?
  4. Wie sieht ein Deutsche aus?
  5. Wie lebt ein Deutscher?
  6. Was ist wichtig für einen Deutschen?

  • Marco collect all pictures, when enought, the group will meet and select the more representative

  • the picture should show the lifestyle of people in Cairo and in Egypt

Timetable

13.8.-16.8. Preparations
  • Picture-Group: collecting pictures, photo-shooting - on the 17.8. should the video-cut-group get the final selected pictures!!!
  • Video-Interview-Group: select the most important questions (maximal 6)
  • Questinaire-Group: select the most importat questions (maximal 6) - in addition to Video-Interview
  • Role-Play-Group: prepare the arrangement and script for the role play
17.8. English garden, meeting point: 14 o'clock by the fontain in front of the University
  • to do: video-interviews, organisation of the role play
  • to play: football, volleyball
  • to eat: some simple typical german/egyptian/czech and iranian food
18.-23.8. Making the role play, putting everything together, final cut...

24.8. The project should be handed in to the course office
